Just a quick check in.

  • I took the advice given to me in the post below to heart yesterday, and lo and behold- It felt so much better, and I shaved that minute right back off. I'll keep up the intervals for little while longer. For me, the hardest part about trying anything new is the baby steps part. I just want to be good at everything right from the start. Thanks so much to Toonhead and Micah for the words of advice and encouragement.
  • I have babies on the brain. More accurately, baby showers and Blessingways. Actually, its not a blessingway, but a "Circle of Blessing" for a new mom. These things are a lot of work, but fun and meaningful too.
  • I turn 31 in one month and one day. We are having a party with beer and badminton. Who wants to come?
  • I really cannot post anymore right now because I only have minutes until the baby wakes up and I am deeply lost in the world of the Rostovs and the Bolkonskis. I cannot wait to finish this book and read something else, but will be sad to finish too.
  • Well fuck. Too late. He is awake.
