so, this is where my mile project commitment wanes...

It's Thursday.

I have a party to go to tonight, my friend's Mother Blessing.

My husband is in bed sick.
I have a lot of work to do in the next few days.
I am starting to feel kind of under the weather myself.

It's Thursday, and I have only logged two one mile runs this week.

It's Thursday and I still have so much to do this week.

The baby will nap soon, and I am afraid I will be napping too,
in hopes of not getting sick.

If I can't go tonight, I really will cry.

But in general, my mile project commitment is under pressure. I have been at it about 2 months now, and frankly- it's getting harder to get up in the morning. My time has really improved though! I know if I keep at it, the results will be great. I can already feel small muscles strengthening in new places. I NEED to keep this up.

I think I can...I think I can.... I think I can....

I hope I am not sick. I really really dislike sick.

Have you heard of the book 52 Projects? You could submit your project and possibly get all kinds of support to keep you going. Here is the link http://www.52projects.com/52_projects/2004/11/whats_your_proj_9.html

I enjoy checking in and seeing how you are doing on war and peace, the mile project and your life in general. Keep it up, we are rooting for you. Besides, you inspired me to have a project of my own...
