Ahhh, So this is what I was escaping....

Something about vacations just makes coming home more stressful.

You can't get away from some things, because they just wait for you to come home.

I suppose though that even if I could wipe all of this stuff off my list, I would just as quickly pile on more commitments. I am trying very hard to get caught up today, yet my mind is stuck on trivialities- or the important things, whichever way you look at it.

For example, look who got their first haircut yesterday:

and other rambling distractions:

  • I didn't work out this morning. Instead I threw a mini tantrum in bed about it being too freaking cold to get up. The pressure is on. Can I get it done at nap time?
  • Do you have anyone in your life that you see often, but always feel on the defensive around them, but somehow know that they feel the same way you do? and you know that if either one, or both of you, were just a little more patient and understanding you would actually probably agree most of the time?
  • I am addicted to Britney Spears trash updates at Babble's Famecrawler blog. They sucked me in. How did that happen? Why do I keep going...several times a day...
  • What should I be for Halloween?
  • Will you help me with my to do list? Or sweep my kids away for a whole day so I can get some work done. They are really cute, and I would really appreciate it.
In general, I am kind of on the verge of a temporary breakdown...too...many...projects...too many interests....
