Monday's Winter Wonderland Post

So, it's Monday. Monday is my most favorite and least favorite day of the week.

It's 7:48 in th a.m., and it is the last week before Christmas. Needless to say, I think it will be a busy one, much tending the hearth still to happen.

We had a very nice weekend, full of bedroom cleaning, playing in the snow, drinking wine, going to church, hitting a Christmas party, and eating good food.

I think it would be safe to say that the snow playing was tops with the boys.

Despite the huge age difference, its really heartwarming to watch these boys play together. The ten year old teaches the two year old all kind of things that I would never think of to teach him. Like how to play like you are arctic explorers on an important expedition.

He also teaches him some other pretty important stuff too.
The little guy has been talking about brother writing his name in the snow all weekend, and was sorely disappointed when new snow fell on top of the old snow and covered his name.

And here is a bonus shot from lat week, just because he is so damn cute.

(This post was brought to you by the letter E,
and by Elmocize!

I am such a TV sell out. I was actually VERY proud that we didn't turn the TV on for him on Saturday. One whole day of life TV free. Sigh.)
