Another sunflower to count down to the solstice.

It is practically the Solstice! Two More days.

This is the sunflower I made weeks ago in my ceramics class.

It has helped keep me warm and happy as I enjoy the many many many cups of coffee a day that keep me relatively sane and grounded. Maybe when the sun comes back I'll cut down on that excessive caffeine intake. For now though, the addiction has a stronghold so I'll just enjoy it.

Coffee is a wonderful accessory to life, especially in the cold weather.

However, I maintain that the mental benefits of yerba mate outweigh those of coffee.

Remind me: Do you have an aversion to the taste of yerba mate?

Would you be my guinea pig?
