It seems to be brag on my kids week here at Unmitigated Bliss

But heck, sometimes its just so damn easy to do.

The oldest graduated with an associates degree, the youngest wrote his first sentence, and youngest middle child had a piano recital on Sunday.

This was his umpteenth biannual recital, and his performance just gets better and better. Most of the kids at his recital play classical pieces but he pushes as much as possible for rock.

Here he is playing Rockin Robin, followed by All My Loving by the Beatles.  These videos, especially the Rockin Robin, make me so happy. He is just trying SO hard, you have to love it. Well, a mother does anyway.

I could have taken pictures of our oldest middle child this weekend as well but he was too busy working at his first job at the end of his first semester of college where he got straight A's (Did I mention he just turned 16 last fall?)

What can I say? We have awesome kids. It is good to dwell on that for a bit.
