Sunflower at Night in Paint


Like my friend Paul, who blogs at Inner Light... Radiant Life (lovely name for a blog, no?), I too was struck by that last picture in the blog post below, sunflowers at night.

As soon as I took the picture, I knew that the dark background would make a lovely painting. I started it that night and finished it this morning. I really love it.
