Today was the day we celebrated the fall equinox with friends from church with a labyrinth walk. It was a great feeling to carry some of the old negative feelings (written on a leaf, mine said "controlling") to the center of the Labyrinth, and emerge feeling fresh and ready to open up to new ideas, new beginnings.
